Returns & Refunds Policy
At Durva International Trading (OPC) Private Limited, all sales are considered final once an order is confirmed and dispatched.
General Policy
- Goods once sold cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or incorrect shipment.
- This policy applies to all domestic and international orders, including bulk, customized, private-label, and export orders.
- No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Claims & Reporting
- Any claim related to defective, damaged, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Buyers must submit written communication along with supporting evidence, including:
- Product photographs
- Batch numbers
- Delivery receipts
- Courier/shipping reports (where applicable)
- Claims raised after the stipulated time period will not be entertained.
Eligibility for Replacement
- Only products with verified manufacturing defects or incorrect shipment will be eligible for replacement.
- The company reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims through its quality assurance team.
- Upon approval, replacement will be made with products of the same type, quality, and quantity, subject to availability.
- Replacement dispatch will occur only after claim verification.
- Shipping charges for replacement may be borne by the buyer, at the company’s discretion.
Exclusions
- Claims arising due to improper handling, storage, misuse, or buyer-side transportation damage will not be accepted.
- International shipments are made entirely at the buyer’s risk and are non-returnable once dispatched.
- No refunds will be provided for international orders, regardless of circumstances.
Dispute Resolution
- All return, replacement, or claim-related matters will be handled amicably by the company’s quality assurance team.
- Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction and governed by Indian laws.
